• The ability to relate to any group whatever their age or background. From young people on Prince's Trust Teams to childminders, restaurant staff and those working in schools, care homes, day centres  and churches.
• I will come to you thereby making the whole process of training so much easier.  Often young staff working in a nursery or care home do not have their own transport.  By bringing the course to you it is easier and much cheaper to provide training than sending staff to training centres at colleges or councils.
• I will tailor the course to the needs of your staff.  In that way they see the material as relevant and motivating.  Public run courses offer 'one size fits all' often with little that seems relevant to the specific workplace of the individual participant.
• By offering courses in-house the costs per person can be a fraction of what is often charged by others.
• Courses can be on any day of the week to suit you.  By the nature of certain businesses it is often necessary to run training on a particular day.  For staff at children's nurseries that would normally be a Saturday, whilst restaurant owners may prefer a less busy weekday.
• Where appropriate I will use  a professional PowerPoint presentation, supported by the most up to date DVDs, run in the comfort and familiar surroundings of your centre.
